The “GIFT AN EVOLVE BACK HOLIDAY” scheme by Evolve Back Resorts is the perfect solution for a wedding/anniversary gift to a loved one. This voucher comes with unlimited validity & You can redeem this voucher for stays in the future with the exception of the below mentioned blackout dates.

There are 2 kinds of Gift vouchers, i.e. “Room Nights” voucher and “Amount Voucher”. We should only recommend the ​“Room Nights” voucher to all our guests as this voucher is simplest & most beneficial to the guest.  However, if the guest is absolutely not interested in the ​“Room Nights” voucher, we can recommend the “Amount Voucher”.

• Black-out dates :  15 Aug - 17 Aug 2024 / 06 Sept- 07 Sept 2024 / 10 Oct – 13 Oct 2024 /29 Oct – 06 Nov 2024 / 20 Dec 2024 - 4 Jan 2025 / 18 Apr - 19 Apr 2025 / 1 May - 31 May 2025 / 15 Aug - 16 Aug 2025/ 2 Oct - 4 Oct 2025 / 30 Sep - 3 Oct 2025 / 18 Oct - 27 Oct 2025 / 20 Dec 2025 - 3 Jan 2025 / 24 Jan - 25 Jan 2026

• There is no discount applicable on the “GIFT AN EVOLVE BACK HOLIDAY” scheme, however a travel agent will be eligible for the regular TAD on the above prices.

• All “GIFT AN EVOLVE BACK HOLIDAY” vouchers sold by an executive will be added to their achievement and is eligible for the incentive. Execs must please remember to send a mail to your respective HOD to get it included in the MIS.

AMOUNT VOUCHER

• As already mentioned, an “Amount Voucher” should only be sold if the guest is absolutely not interested to purchase the ​“Room Nights” voucher.

• Workings of the “Amount Voucher”: Let us assume that a guest purchases an “Amount Voucher” voucher worth Rs 20,000/-. At the time of redemption, he/she can choose any package available on our website (www.evolveback.com). If the package value is Rs 100,000/-, then the guest can redeem the voucher against the said package for Rs 20,000/- and a fresh payment needs to be made for the balance of Rs 80,000/-.

Terms and Conditions :

• The  ”Amount Voucher” should be for a minimum of Rs 20,000/-.

• This voucher comes with unlimited validity & you can redeem it for stays anytime in the future across all seasons.

• There is no discount applicable on these vouchers

• All vouchers sold by an executive will be added to their achievement and is eligible for the incentive. Execs must please remember to send a mail to your respective HOD to get it included in the MIS.
